Yangi Pets Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Yangi Pets ("Service", "we") collects, uses, and protects user information when you use yangipets.com, the mobile app, the smart collar, the base station, and related cloud services.

  • Pet details: species (cat/dog), collar quantity, order comments.
  • App account data: email, profile name, notification settings.
  • Device telemetry: activity, sleep, BLE/Wi-Fi signal, collar and base identifiers, health and presence events.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and OS type, cookies, device data for security and site analytics.
  • Payment data: we do not store full card details. Payments are processed by secure payment partners.

2. How we use your data

  • To process pre-orders and delivery: contact you, confirm orders, logistics.
  • To run monitoring: show activity and alerts in the mobile app.
  • For support and security: respond to requests, prevent fraud, diagnose failures.
  • To improve the product: anonymized analytics of feature usage and device stability.

3. Sharing with third parties

We may share data only as needed to operate the Service:

  • Logistics and payment partners — for delivery and payment processing.
  • Cloud and hosting providers — for data storage and API operation (api.yangipets.com).
  • Authorities — only where required by applicable law.

4. Retention and deletion

  • Order data is kept for the period required to fulfil the contract and accounting obligations.
  • Telemetry and account data are kept while you use the Service.
