Yangi Pets Return Policy

• You may refuse a product of proper quality within 7 days of receipt if packaging, appearance, and documents are preserved (where applicable under local law).
• Defective products are returned under applicable consumer protection law.
• Prepayment for a cancelled order before shipment is refunded in full.

• Manufacturing defect confirmed by diagnostics.
• Mismatch with stated specifications or kit contents.
• Shipping damage with carrier report or photo/video proof on receipt.

Email iskra.ai.tech@yandex.com with subject "Yangi Pets return", including order number, payment date, reason, and contact details.

• Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within up to 10 business days after the Product is received by the Seller (if applicable).

Products with signs of use, buyer-caused damage, or opened consumables may not be eligible where permitted by law and the product manual.
